Free shipping. All orders take 1-3 business days to handle. If you need return or exchange, you can refers to "return and exchange policy".
According to different shipping address, it will be shipped by different express. Shipping methods we use: POST, E-POST first class, FedEx, UPS, DHL, SF-Express, etc.
All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Due to the different tax policies of each country, it is expected that there will be import tariffs (Except for the US), which will be levied by customs from buyers in accordance with national policies. You are responsible for the international tariff fees and if you refuse to pay them upon receiving the package it will then be sent back to us (or placed in abandonment) and you will forfeit not only the item but all fees paid to IKAZZ.

Return Details
At IKAZZ, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receive date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:
• Unwashed
• Unworn
• No stains
• Original tags still attached
Note: If the return or replacement is not caused by quality problems, the buyer shall bear the return freight.

Warranty, Cleaning and Repairs
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or replace it at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed.
Softshells: It should be machine-washed in cold water using only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low, cool iron if needed and it can be dry cleaned.
Packable: It should be machine-washed separately in cold water and gentle cycle. It can use mild detergent and only can use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low, do not iron and dry clean.
THERMOLITE: It should be machine-washed in cold water and can dry clean(except "Women's Winter Faux Down Hoodie Coat"). It only can use non-chlorine bleach when needed(except "Womens Winter Faux Down Puffer Coat with detachable hood"). Tumble dry low, cool iron if needed.
Pressed Boucle: Dry clean only.
