To support those affected by state lockdowns due to Covid19,we adjust our returns period to 30 days.
If something isn’t right, we totally understand. In addition to your statutory rights, we have a hassle free returns policy for online orders.
Please note:  Online orders made via Afterpay and Paypal can only be returned to the IKAZZ returns postal address for a refund to be processed.
You can return for refund any full price or reduced merchandise that is unworn and in its original conditions to IKAZZ online store. Please carefully read the below terms and conditions as they have recently changed and we are no longer able to offer exchange of goods when returning to the online store, only refund. If you wish to return and item for a new size, please send your item back for a refund and then create a new order.
All eligible online change of mind returns require:
1.    Proof of purchase to issue any refund.
2.    Product to be in original condition with all tickets and labels attached.
3.    Items to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
If the products received are defective or incorrect, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping cost incurred in returns. Once the returned products are received,IKAZZ will reimburse the return shipping cost for up to $15. 
Otherwise the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The  cost will vary based on the carrier you choose. 
We suggest using the original box or envelope that came with products for the return package, to avoid additional return shipping cost. 
We will reimburse the return shipping cost for up to $15 in the following types of situations:
Manufacture defects: quality issues, zipper defects, rip or torn
Wrong/missing item from the package.
However, we do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:
Wrong size/color ordered
Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted
Any other reasons
